Communications
The Communications Faculty consists of two subject areas; English and Modern Foreign Languages (MFL). These two subject areas complement each other in a variety of ways, as they both focus on the development of students’ reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. The language rules learnt in each subject area help our students to appreciate grammar in a wider context and to make links across the curriculum. Both English and MFL aim to facilitate our students’ development of independence in their learning through similar individual and group activities.
The Communications Faculty is lead by the Head of Faculty and team leaders in each subject area. All teachers in the Faculty work cooperatively and collaboratively.
